The service was good, no complaints. We really enjoyed the antique-style building and a nice size and well-appointed room with an extraordinary view. The location was absolutely perfect because it was near to the main entertainment and shopping area and the the sea and Etna.

It was excellent home base for rest. Great and kind staff who were always there to help. I was given elegant and absolutely fantastic room with an extremely comfy bed. The location in a lovely area was great and stunning and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Al Grappolo d'uva.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, down the hill. The staff was great & kind. I had fairly quiet inviting room with a balcony, beautiful windows, and a kettle.
